I love the shout out, thanks!!! I just got home, 30 hours post surgery and I'm pretty miserable. The gas pain hurts more the surgical sites, and it took me a while to tell the difference. What sucks is that the pain meds don't help with the gas. I've never been so eager to fart in my life! I've been walking like crazy and it is helping move the gas out of my shoulder. Then I come back to my apartment to have 1 1/2 Jiffy cups of protein shake and/or water. I am managing to stay away from the vodka. Now if only I could manage to stay away from my cat, who won't leave my lap no matter how many times I push him away. He has now taken my coughing pillow hostage, so I am left wondering what I am going to use to keep my innards from falling out :-) OMG in my Vicodin haze I just did a double take!
