One more thing – I’ve become a HUGE fan of Crystal Light “On the Go” packets. If you’ve never had these little pouches of goodness, you must try them. I love the sunrise orange flavor. Yummmmm! They are marketed as:

Just add to a 20oz. bottle of water and shake gently to dissolve

I love the crystal light on the go packets also. I take them with me every time I play soccer, then it makes me feel like I have a treat afterwards. I haven’t tried the sunrise orange though, guess I’ll have to now. Hope you are healing well!!

Jaime – healing so well. And you MUST try orange. It’s my fav flavor (used to be fruit punch until I tried the sunkist orange). Yummmmmm.

I get the Walmart version. It is alot cheaper and there are flavors that crystal lite doesn’t have. Fav flavor of walmart is Grape (taste’s lite grape koolaid). My newest favorite of crystal lite is the white grape.

I didn’t know walmart had a version – is it as low in sugar and carbs as the crystal light version???

yeah its the same just the generic version. It is like 1.86 a box. I was just at walmart this morning and the crystal lite brand was marked down to 2.00 a box from 2.50. I know its a lot cheaper to buy name brand even at walmart vs Target or any grocery store. Walmart has the sunrise flavor u like to. I believe the renton walmart is the closest to where you live, but I dont know what that store carries . I avoid that store. The next nearest to you prob is the 24hr federal way store, its a nice new store. If you dont like sweet try the white grape, but only in 16oz bottle, if you like the koolaid from being a kid try the grape or cherry. The even have apple juice and it tastes like apple juice.
