Down a total of 45.4 lbs (yes, that .4 does matter!). It’s been 3 months and 14 days since my surgery. Weight loss has slowed down in the past few weeks but I have a feeling it’s going to slow down considerably going forward. Here is my updated weight loss chart and stats:

- Minimum Weight: 183.6 lb
- Maximum Weight: 230 lb
- Beginning Weight: 229 lb
- Ending Weight: 183.6 lb
- Average Weight: 203.47 lb
- Average Weekly Change: -2.89 lb

Is there any way you can send me your spreadsheet?? I know you offered it before and I didn’t ask!
Lise, how tall are you?
that’s rad lise!! i am at 30 now, 25 to go, I can see the end, and now i have no more back fat and collarbones and no double chin etc etc.. size 10 is sweet is all i can say!
Congratulations!!! I was going to write after your last pic to tell you how a-w-e-s-o-m-e you are looking!
I’ve a quick question; have you been attending any banding support groups and if so, have you met anyone who is not having the same degree or very limited degree of success with their band? I ask because while I’m still 4-5 months away from banding, I’ve been trying to watch/cut down what I eat more closely (in preparation for afterwards) yet am seeing no change and I fear I might be an exception even if were to get the band ~ unable to lose weight.
Granted your portions are still a fraction of what my reduced portions are but….just curious if you’ve met or heard of anyone who is still struggling with weight loss after being banded.
Thank you!
M
Congratulations. You must be so proud.
Way to go, Lise!!!! What wonderful results! I was banded on Tuesday, 6/17….I hope to have similar success!!! Congratulations on your loss!
Hi there – this is a great tool you’ve created. Like you, I have a significant amount to lose but my doctor said try it on your own before I refer you for surgery. I am doing Lindora/Lean for Life with great results. Would you please send me your tracking spreadsheet? Thank you and here’s wishing you continued success on your weight loss journey.
Lise,
I’ve been following your blog for some time now. Congratulations on your success! That’s awesome! I’ve only been banded for 3 weeks now, but I’m excited about it! Thanks for your stories and for sharing.

Awesome!! Congrats on your success
!
I’ve had my band for a month now. Healed up pretty well. I’m not feeling much restriction at this point, can’t wait for that fill.
I was wondering, what type of scale you use. I need a new one.
